I was always really fascinated by this woman who danced with such grace: Ginger Rogers. I chose her because in 2023 the gender pay gap still exists. We continue to fight for equality, not just on the dance floor, but in all aspects of life. My new song, "Ginger Rogers Syndrome," is a call to action, a reminder that we can and must dance to the beat of change. Let's keep pushing for equal pay and equal opportunity, because we deserve no less. Join me in this movement and let's dance toward a more equitable future.
